Refund Policy for Signal Hill Senior Care Elderly Care Training Course
1. Full Refund
A full refund of the course fee will be granted if the full course fee of R4500 has been paid in full at or before registration. A refund of R 1500 will be granted if the 1st instalment of the payment plan has been paid. The refund will only be granted if the request is made within 7 days of registration and no course material has been received or accessed.
2. Partial Refund
If the request is made after 7 days or course material has already been received or accessed, a partial refund may be considered. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the progress made in the course.
No refunds will be granted after the course completion or after a certificate has been issued.
3. Instalment Payments
If the course fee is paid in 3 equal instalments, any refund will be calculated taking into account the amount already paid. If a refund is granted after the first or second instalment has been paid but before the final instalment is due, the remaining instalment(s) may be waived.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@signalhillseniorcare.com and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request if a refund is granted. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
5. Amendment of Refund Policy
This refund policy may be amended at any time.
